Battered Old Stuff Resource Pack for Minecraft 1.11.2
Battered Old Stuff is an extraordinary resource pack with one of them most creative art styles that we’ve ever seen. Instead of having bright and vibrant visuals or an art style that takes Minecraft into a futuristic setting, the pack takes a step back and comes with some very retro and rustic visuals that are, surprisingly enough, an absolute delight to look at. The pack probably isn’t for everyone because a lot of people aren’t fans of resource packs that come with retro art styles but, if you’re a fan of this particular visual style, Battered Old Stuff is one of the absolute best packs for you.
Simply put, the Battered Old Stuff resource pack is going to provide you with visuals that are highly reminiscent to things of the 1970s and 1960s. The pack’s textures look rather rusty, damaged and faded out but, in spite of this, they still look quite nice because of their high level of detail and how well they synergize with one another. The color palette of Battered Old Stuff is definitely a lot darker than what we usually see in Minecraft resource packs, but these darker colors fit in a lot better with the rustic visuals of the pack.
Battered Old Stuff is available in resolutions of x64 and x32. The variety of options is great because you can go with the low-resolution option if you’re using a low-end PC in order to get a high frame-rate but, if you have a high-end PC, you can go with the high-resolution variant to enjoy higher quality visuals. Perhaps the most impressive aspect of this pack is the fact that it’s available for all versions of Minecraft ranging from 1.4 up to 1.11, so you’ll probably be able to run it without troubles.
