The Frostrealm Mod 1.12.2. Surely, every one of us must have heard of Aether. Aether is a mod that can be said to be the legend of Minecraft, which changed the way people view Minecraft’s modding world. It sets a new standard and requires modders to step up their game.
Inspired by Aether, The Frostrealm gives Minecraft a brand new world called The Frostrealm.
To get started, you’ll need to create a gate similar to the ones used to go to the Nether but with the Snow Block. Then you will need the Frost Scepter. Right-click on the portal with Frost Scepter to open the gate to the Frostrealm.
What is special about The Forstrealm? The Frostrealm is where you can survive as normal, but there is no sun there! The Frostrealm is a land with no light from the sun, it is always surrounded by darkness and coldness. However, you can completely live here! The Frostrealm has trees in spite of its harsh conditions. There are also minerals, creatures and things to explore and conquer.
Currently, the mod is in the alpha phase and TeamFrost – the development team of The Frostrealm promises to bring many new features to the mod in the near future! (Stay tuned!)

- Forge Mod Loader.
How to Install The Frostrealm 1.12.2 for Minecraft
- Download Forge Installer, The-Frostrealm-1.12.2.jar file
- Right-click Forge Installer, Run as Administrator and press OK to install Forge. (You can skip this step if you’ve installed Minecraft Forge)
- Open Start on desktop > Open Run (Or you can use the Windows + R keyboard shortcut)
- Type %appdata% into Run and press enter.
- Go to folder /.minecraft/mods
- Put jar file of the Mod into mods folder and then run Minecraft. Done!
