World Paint is a mod programmed and design by mod developer Wyn Price – Pricea1 to participate in ModJam moding contest. With World Paint players can dye their world with different colors without actually having to change the block with another colored block. With this mechanism, coloring your building couldn’t be any easier. But of course, World Paint is not just simple like that, it has a lot more new stuff.
Five items will be added to Minecraft when you install World Paint: Paint, Paint Brush, Painting Boots, Color Picker, and Paint Scrubber. With Paint (colored balls) you can dye items by throwing at them. These colored balls will dye the area with the corresponding color. Paint Brush can be used to paint an optional block. Painting Boots will help you color the blocks that you step on when wearing them. Color Picker can be used to select colors in the base color palette and to color the remaining items. And finally, Paint Scrubber will help you bleach the paint.
The special thing about these paints is that each corresponding paint colors will have a different effect: Black will increase the rate of monster, blue will make players jump higher, gray will accelerate the Furnace on top of it, green will turns dirt into grass and causes bonemeal effect, orange will make block slippery,… There are a lot more colors with special effect for you to explore and experiment!

How to Install World Paint 1.12.2 for Minecraft
- Download Forge Installer, World Paint.jar file
- Right click Forge Installer, Run as Administrator and press OK to install Forge. (You can skip this step if you’ve installed Minecraft Forge)
- Open Start on desktop > Open Run (Or you can use the Windows + R keyboard shortcut)
- Type %appdata% into Run and press enter.
- Go to folder /.minecraft/mods
- Put jar file of the Mod into mods folder and then run Minecraft. Done!
